About this site (summary)

Lai Jiacheng (full brand name: OPC Navigator · Independent Creator) is a college student and independent developer using AI to explore the complete path of the one-person company: learning, making, expression, business, and life. This site is his open building-in-public space and the official home of the AI-Era Lifestyle Course System — all 66 recorded lessons are free. The Mindset Part covers the cognition and mindset for the AI era; the Craft Part covers AI fundamentals plus four special topics — making, expression, everyday living, and business; the Live Part is a 12-week live season that guides learners in building their own personal operating system. Every lesson comes with a 'One Win per Lesson' win condition.

The site also includes: the Snowball Diary (the shipbuilding-in-public process and first-hand retrospectives), a portfolio of hands-on projects (OPC Grand Voyage; I+1 Quest, an AI interactive-story English-learning RPG — each with open-source repos and live demos), Goodies (free resources and template downloads), and Perks (official invite codes for MiMo, Zhipu (BigModel), Trae, and more). Updates are synced to his WeChat Official Account 'Lai Jiacheng's Snowball Diary' — feel free to start exploring from any page.
